Basic working principle (general logic of the self-resetting button)
It is a mechanical-triggered electrical signal switch. The core is that by pressing, the contact state of the contacts is changed, thereby controlling the on-off of the circuit.
1. Unpressed state (normal state)
Normally open contact (NC, red module): The contact is closed, and current can pass directly, equivalent to "circuit conductive".
Normally closed contact (NO, blue module): The contact is separated, and current cannot pass, equivalent to "circuit disconnected".
At this time, the spring inside the button is in a natural stretched state, and the push rod is not pressed down, and the contacts remain in the initial state.
2. Pressed state (pressing the button)
When you press the button head, the internal push rod will push the moving contact of the contact module down.
Normally closed contact (NC): The moving contact is pushed open, the originally closed circuit is disconnected, and the current is cut off.
Normally open contact (NO): The moving contact is pushed to the static contact, the originally disconnected circuit is closed, and the current starts to flow.
At this time, the spring is compressed and keeps the push rod in the pressed-down state.
3. Release button (reset)
After your hand is released, the spring rebounds, the push rod returns to its original position, and the contact module returns to the initial state.
NC contact reopens, NO contact reverts to disconnected, and the circuit returns to the normal state.
