RONGDE electrolytic anti-fouling & anti-corrosion electrode is specialized marine equipment designed for ship seawater pipeline, sea chest and cooling water system, available in pure copper electrode and high-purity aluminum electrode two types. Matched with constant-current control power supply, the paired Cu-Al electrodes complete pipeline anti-biofouling and metal anti-corrosion simultaneously, widely used on cargo ships, fishing vessels, yachts and offshore platforms.
Working Principle
1. Copper Electrode for Anti-Biofouling
Energized copper electrolyzes seawater to release trace copper ions. Ions circulate along entire seawater piping to restrain adhesion of barnacles, algae, mussels and other marine organisms, preventing pipeline blockage caused by biofouling.
2. Aluminum Electrode for Anti-Corrosion
Aluminum electrolyzes in seawater to produce aluminum hydroxide floc, which evenly adheres on inner wall of steel pipelines & sea chest steel plates to form dense isolation coating, blocking seawater electrochemical corrosion of hull metal structures.

1. Top Red Sealed Terminal Housing:
Waterproof sealed junction box with fixed bolt structure, equipped with marine resistant insulated cable (red/black optional) for power connection, excellent water & moisture resistance;
2. Middle Black Rubber Isolation Section:
Shockproof rubber bushing for cabin penetration sealing, avoid seawater infiltration into cabin;
3. Bottom Working Barrel:
*Copper version: High purity red copper barrel for ion precipitation;
*Aluminum version: Solid high-purity aluminum barrel for anticorrosive film formation.
