Direct acting travel switch

Roller type travel switch
When the stop iron (bumping block) of the moving machine presses on the roller of the travel switch, the transmission lever rotates together with the rotating shaft, so that the CAM pushes the bumping block, and when the bumping block presses to a certain position, the micro-switch is pushed to move quickly. When the stop on the roller is removed, the reset spring causes the travel switch to reset. This is a single-wheel automatic recovery stroke switch. The two-wheel rotary travel switch can not be automatically restored, it is to rely on the reverse movement of the moving machinery, the stop iron collision with another roller to restore it.
When the ram on the controlled machine hits the ram with a roller, the ram turns to the right, drives the CAM to rotate, pushes the rod up and down, and makes the contacts in the microswitch move quickly. When the moving machine returns, under the action of the reset spring, each part of the moving parts are reset.
