Marine tempered glass is a type of prestressed glass. To enhance the strength of the glass, chemical or physical methods are usually employed to create stress on the surface of the glass. When the glass is subjected to external forces, it first counteracts the surface stress, thereby increasing its load-bearing capacity and improving its tensile strength. Compliant with the Chinese standard GB11946-2013, and obtained the certification from the China Classification Society (CCS). It is mainly used for various ships, such as ship portholes and rectangular windows.

A60 Series Product Property
1. High weather resistance: A60 marine fireproof glass is used in the temperature range from -40 ℃ to 45 without loss of permeability;
2. Excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation: A60 marine fireproof glass is resistant to continuous ultraviolet radiation without turbidity,
   degumming, yellowing, etc.
3. Good thermal insulation: The average unexposed surface temperature rise of A60 marine fireproof glass shall not be greater than 140 ℃
    within the specified fire resistance time.
4. Good optical property: A60 grade marine fireproof glass has low light distortion and light transmittanice greater than 70%.

 Product Property of Marine Laminated Glass 
1. Safety: When the glass is broken, it sticks to the middle PVB film, which effectively prevents the occurrence of events of debris piercing,
    penetrating and dropping, and ensures personal safety.
2. Anti-smash (explosion-proof): The glass is composed of multiple layers with anti-smash andexplosion-proof properties to ensure
    the safety of personal and property.
3. Bulletproof property: The glass with multi-layer combination can prevent the shooting of various types of guns.



Product Property of Marine Insulating Glass 
1. Thermal property: Quite low U value (heat transfer coefficient)
2. Optical property: According to the actual needs, it can select the glass with diferent visible light transmittance and reflectivity very flexibly.
3. Sound Insulation: The insulating glass can generally reduce noise by 30 dB.
4. Anti-condensation: lt is lower than the dew point (-40℃) specified by the national regulations, and lower than -70℃ to ensure that
    the insulating glass will not condense.
5. Leakproofness: Aluminum frame (space frame) is formed in one time and sealed by butyl rubber, structural adhesive or polysulfide
    adhesive, ensuring good sealing property and service life.

Product Property of Electrically Heated Glass
1. Defrosting function: After the glass is energized, the surface temperature will rise (usually 35-40° C) and remain above the dew point
    of the air, so that frost and dew condensation will not occur on the glass surface.
2. Good optical property: The conductive wire is used as the heating medium to ensure that the glass has excellent light transmitance performance
    and anti-distortion performance, so that the driver can see clearly, truly and with high resolution through glass observation.
3. Anti-ultraviolet radiation function: The glass has a high ultraviolet absorption capacity, which can effectively block ultraviolet lights from
    entering the room and reduce the damage of the ulraviolet lights to the driver and indoor facilities.
4. Safety: The glass is compounded of organic and inorganic materials. After the glass is broken, it can still maintain in a whole and can be prevented
    from being broken down, so it has very good safety.
